Quality Assurance At Premium Pulman Pvt. Ltd.
Designs/Drawing
Designs are created by the design department at Premium Pulman Pvt. Ltd. for each piece of machinery and component, outlining all crucial measurements and building materials. The department's in charge has given these drawings their approval.
Raw Material Procurement
The Purchase Department purchases the raw materials in accordance with the bill of materials listed in the designs, which are then delivered to the stores and examined by quality control inspectors in accordance with the specification.
Component Inspection
On the mother machines put in place in production facilities, the components are made. Inspectors perform both online and final inspections of the component to ensure that the component meets the necessary tolerances and finish standards.
Inspection at Vendors Place
Several components are bought from vendors on Premium Pulman Pvt. Ltd.'s list of APPROVED VENDORS. Before they are delivered to the production facilities, cast irons, castings components, patterns, etc., are examined at the vendor's location. In the event that the production units obtain these components for whatever reason. If these components were delivered to the factory for any reason without inspection, a shop floor check was conducted to ensure that they were OK to be used in subassemblies. Similar steps are taken for components that need heat treatment, galvanizing, and surfacing.
Sub-Assembly Inspection/Testing
From the inspected parts, subassemblies are repaired. If necessary, departmental or vendor-based static and dynamic balancing is performed during such assembly. These assemblies are used for the machine's final assembly once the Quality Control department has given their approval.
20-Point Inspection of complete Machine
This CHART is created, on which important parameters are recorded. The machine is also examined and given the all-clear to undergo additional testing. If taken into account when placing an order, SPECIAL REATURES are included in the CHART. Prior to shipment, this ACTIVITY is thought to be crucial.
Load & No Load Testing
Then, for the NO LOADS TESTING, the machines are placed on the TESTING BED. The machines are examined for vibrations, heating of the bearings, and noise level. Machines are put through testing in accordance with the previously established relevant norms for the aforementioned things, and are only cleared for painting and packaging with the senior member of the quality control department's approval.
Packaging & Shipment
Machines are packaged in wooden crates or wooden boxes depending on their size, weight, and shape for transportation and transshipment.
For Plants & Systems
The layout drawings are created by the Design Department because we also design, manufacture, supply, and install projects and systems on a turnkey basis. The manufacturing of the Equipment follows the criteria established for equipment manufacturing as described above. When a machine is purchased from outside sources, a similar inspection process is implemented, wherein the inspector acts as a "internal client" and examines the machines to ensure that they meet the layout, application, and other specifications necessary for plant synchronization.
Maintenance Manual
Machines Are Delivered Along With Equipment & Plant For Each. The Manual Contains Information About And Includes Drawings For The Critical Parts, List Of Wearout Parts, And Installation Procedure.
